G' day family. All well today I hope. I am looking forward to another 100F+ day here in Arizona. I guess I can expect nothing less it is summer here in the Valley of the sun. I hope your day can be a little less hot.
Over the years "YOU" have learned a lot about your very own Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms). We are all a little different. What works for me may not work for "YOU". I hope though "YOU" have picked up things that have helped. When "YOU" have, just repeat, again and again forever. Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT), never stop, just go on and on. If "YOU" are so inclined ms research, go on and on. I am not, but "YOU" might be. Make your life easier, follow good habits, adapt and go on and on. Repeat.
