G'Day my beloved ms family. Yes, that means everybody. I will admit to favouritism, well not really my favourite but I know Relapsing-Remitting so honestly, it is to them I mostly talk.

Either way, today is a new day. it is the very first 29 July 2021 I have ever lived and I bet it is for you as well. Makes me wonder what exciting possibilities might lay ahead of me today, and "YOU" as well. Are "YOU" excited?, "YOU" should be. Look at your days as being full of possibilities, not doom and gloom, poor pitiful me. that is no way to live, and live "YOU" must. For decades and decades. With this confusing disease, because it is not going to go away.

So that leaves "YOU" ONE only path. To live the best that "YOU" can. Shrug off the aches, the embarrassments, dare I say the pain, LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE, always.

Go on do it, live your BEST life, they say you only have one. Which I do not believe.

there is bad and good about life ...but we can go on and work around some of the things that stand in our ways but that is life not just the MS as we age we do have problems and of course it sometimes gets in the way but ha i can't just sit and cry ...sometimes we do but eventually get back up ...you can put this is such great wording but i agree with life ...go on ...

i think that is a good thing ...it shows that it doesn't kill us just other things do or things ...hahhahhahahahaha....have a wonderful day and keep on enjoying this wonderful life we have....love and much happiness....keep on keeping on ....go boy go....
