Unnumbered post We survived another week month 31 Jul 2021

ms family, WE DID IT, another week down. How did "YOU" do? Did "YOU" think "YOU" could do it? "YOU" did, and that might means that "YOU" are better, more resilient, smarter, tougher than "YOU" thought. Do not get cocky, this is a very sneaky mischievous disease that we all have. "YOU" will be okay keep up the good work, be intelligent and keep doing the best things for yourself. ms is sneaky, when it attacks, which it will. "YOU" have not failed, regroup, steady yourself and keep carrying on. DO NOT GIVE UP. This is a very long path that "YOU' are travelling. Actually for the rest of your life, but of all people in the world, YOU" CAN live this ms life.

YOU CAN do this and YES YOU WILL

I agree 100% with your post. I have been on my job for a month in a half and it has been rough getting up every morning with MS leg pains but I am not giving up at all. And on this day 2 years ago, MS has been apart of my life. Its been a struggle but with my MS family and my husband I have been able to deal with it. Thank you MS family. 🥰🎈

Yeah! We did make it through another month. Your encouragement helps, even for someone that has had MS for a long time. We get used to things the way they are & when something goes astray it's hard to deal with sometimes. Thank you!

I understand completely, it requires a constant reminder to take the next step forward and not to curl up and cry. Have a great day.

I hope you keep it up. Talk to your physio about falling and no hurting yourself if you are going to keep falling. I learned long ago to crumple he called it and not to reach out, might be an idea for you. Good day either way and no more falling ... PLEASE

yes, no falling and no hurting myself.. did enough of that when I rode horses when young, always braking arms trying to stop myself.. learned my lesson, even if it took 50 years.. haha thank you

I tried the crumple a week or so ago when I almost lost it on the staircase.

Worked like a charm and no injuries whatsoever. :)
