.People seem to be slipping and falling a bit recently. Have "you" given a thought how to fall without hurting yourself. I learned from an older individual that there is a way that "YOU" can learn to fall. Basically, crumple does not break anything. It is a way that older adults are taught to fall and not breaking hips. It may pay to ask a physio about this, because "YOU" are going to fall.
