In the hospital. Was admitted with chest pain. Echo and cath both show a good functioning heart. But the pain is unbearable. My troponin levels are high so they are puzzled. I’m scared shitless.

I’m home everyone! Thank You all so much for prayers and kind words. Feeling weak and nauseous today but pain is minimal!

They are thinking myocarditis. But all tests came back normal except for my troponin levels. They were critically high. They want to send me for a cardiac mri this week possibly. They have me in a high dose of aspirin. Feeling weak still. Can’t do much without having to sit down. Not out of breath but just weak.

They are thinking I had s virus that caused the myocarditis. Even though I wasn’t actually sick with a virus I could have been carrying it. My daughter and fiancé were sick with strep and URI. Plus I work at an urgent care where we’ve been treating tons of sick patients. They tested me for all viruses all negative.
