I'm unsure what it is, but do you have tea tree oil there per chance? If so, mix a little into coconut oil and see if it helps. If not, I'd try plain coconut oil which you are likely to find in Thailand. Coconut oil will smother fungus and does well against bacteria also. So try applying liberally and keeping it on.
