I’ve been getting plugs shaped like this in my skin (mostly back and butt) as well as scabs with endless “sand” and “seed” like grains inside for several years now. Background: took accutane in 2019, also been on antibiotics off and on which lead me to believe maybe fungal combined with a mutation in how my skin heals due to the accutane? I’ve pondered fungus, kp, demodex, allergies. I’ll get a particular itch and sure enough I can extract this weird shit. Healing is slow as they fill up repeatedly. I think certain ingredients could be triggers (pegs, preservatives, fragrance). It’s the consistent weird V or arrow shaped plugs that bewilder me. Also they grow quick it seems. Anyone ever had anything similar?
