What is it?

Okay so Tuesday night I had this sore lump on my head, thought it was start of spot left it 2 days (now Thursday) and a small head has appeared however there was puss that came out of it but still swollen lump around the area? What is it? At first I was told by a few people it was a spot, then a boil and now maybe a cyst? I'm going on vacation in 10 days I need it gone ASAP please help!

I think you should go and see the practice nurse at your GP surgery asap as you are going away. He/she will be able to either deal with it immediately for you or refer you to the doctor if necessary.
