I looked at my face in the mirror on Friday and then on Sunday I noticed a mole has appeared on my face. I hate getting new moles. My face already has a lot of moles and I feel each mole makes me more unattractive. If I get my mole removed will it leave a scar? Also can I prevent moles appearing.

Unfortunately yes, if surgically removed it will leave scar. However, you should talk to a cosmetic surgeon (plastic) to hear what they advise.
