Anyone know what these reddish spots might be?

Hi everyone, this is my first post... it's been a few days now since these reddish lesions have shown up on my skin, and I'm wondering what they might be

Note: I have eczema, and psoriasis and multiple sclerosis. I've been told many things, such as get your liver checked, test for diabetes... and they're all over the place. Top and side of my feet, top side of my hands...

Any insight would be great. Thank you

Could be viral or bacterial so best to see a doctor without delay.
