2 bumps side of nose can anyone help to tell me what they look like?

I'am 31 year old female, Had these two flesh colour bumps they feel quite firm and they are not a acne pimple I had them for 2 years one appeared and then a few months after the next one and since then nothing and they stayed the same , but they are really annoying at the side of my nose and can get irritate sometimes if I exfoliate etc, I wonder what they could be? and why two are next to each other same size , I'm going to go DRs to check them out but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they looked like?

I have an appointment they look like fibrous papules to me but I don't know I was hoping someone on here had some insight

How did you get on? It looks like some form of rosacea to me - I've had a similar thing. I found that cutting out wheat and dairy helped a lot. But I'd be interested to know what the doctor said because I didn't have an official diagnosis.

I'm still waiting to attend appointment at plastics at the hospital , GP arranged it , she thinks they are some like papules of some sort , it's in a couple weeks appointment ...my skin is red a lot, my nose is also redder I would say and then these bumps appeared and little veins round my nose more noticeable on flash photo than everyday life but still there. I never thought of rosacea, I'll see what the consultant says .

I got them removed and biopsy and one was fibrous papule and one was a benign intrademal Nevus, I'm just healing now from having them removed
