Hi there, yes, my son has BDD/Severe Anxiety, he has been ill since he was 18 he is now 45, only now have we had to go private for his meds and Therapy. The PIP form seems complex but it really isn't. Just be honest, answer every question that applies to you, but you must inform them of all meds, how long you have had this, your doctor's details, and what impact it has on your daily life, with the government now making changes to the benefit system you really must emphasize how you cannot do what other people can and how it impacts your life I found citizens advice really helpful as well Good luck and God speed.
