I can see already! I am sure it will be helpful for me as well as I am not diagnosed officialy with OCD but I am sure I do have pure form of it in a form of intrusive thoughts which came back now I think triggered by loads of stress and events last year after around 5 years of normal functioning.... feels like it is going back to square one again.

I'm sorry you are feeling bad. I have mostly intrusive thoughts, too. Some behavioral compulsions because of magical thinking, but mostly mental. It is hard, but if you do get diagnosed with OCD, there are very good therapies to use to deal with it, ERP being the best. You will find out a lot about it, here.

Thank you for your reply, I am aweare of therapy and already waiting for it again, had first call yesterday to categorise where I need to be-I had therapy before so I know how it works. Thank you so much! It means a lotā¤ļø I hope it will get only better with different meds to control it a bit at first

Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. You just have to find the right dose and medication that will be good for you. And it sometimes takes awhile for them to work. But you will be okay!

I am on the low dose and already it gives me so much grief so I think this one is just not for me... I think I will try to get back to citalopram which I was taking 10 years ago for panic attacks, I can't remember it being as bad as this.

I hope you find some relief. We don't need to feel worse just because of meds!
