Hi! I'm spreading the word about my benefits with GABA and noerotransmiters supplements. Recent studies are incredibly grand!! It works in similar ways to benzodiazepines with fewer side effects!! Also works better then all SSRIs I've tried. And side effects were intolerable any more. Only takes an hour to work! Been taking it for three days now. I'm calm, collected, clear and focused. Can't see a down side. It's drug free. Only Amino acid's. Incredible research. If you want to try an all natural alternative to psychiatric medication here it is. Hope you find relief also. Peace. Here are the links with specific noerotransmiters supplements and dosage.
I read all three of your articles except for the one on "Cannabis caffeine and GABA." I don't do well on the combination of cannabis and caffeine. But the other articles on GABA and OCD were fascinating. I also went off on an article about how yoga and meditation help increase GABA in the brain, which was fascinating as I do a lot of meditation.
It all has me wondering how to get more GABA into my brain by eating the right foods. I have tried a supplement of GABA before, and it didn't seem to help, but maybe it wasn't from a very lab. Do you know of a good source of GABA supplements?
Hello glad your enjoying the info!! So I don't know? It's my first time trying it out 3 days ago. I just bout the first GABA I found? I'm taking spring valley 750 mg GABA mood health. It works for me. I have heard that it might not work for all. Also I'm taking the other Neurotransmitters supplements at the same time. There's a synergistic effect. They work together so that could be increasing the effectiveness on me. Also taking vitamins and omega 3s I think fats can also facilitate proper neurotransmitter functioning. Alright cool hope this helps. Take care
Yeah undetermined? Google says possible interactions with valium and SSRIs, blood pressure meds and antiseizure meds. Others state there are no known interactions or side effects or thy are mild. Also it's been argued that GABA supplements can't cross the blood brain barrier and don't work at all or not effective for all. It's a fairly new area of study and research. A lot of unknowns. It's always best to consult a doctor about meds and supplements you take and talk about side effects and interactions. Very good. Yes Talk to your Doctor he will help with additional insite!
I am glad to hear you are doing well on it. Don't mind me asking, do you take it along with ocd medicine? Free feel not to answer if you don't feel comfortable sharing! Thanks again. I read the articles you shared. Great insight!
Thanks! Yeah glad you found wisdom and insite from my words! Gleaned from info I just recently discovered my self!! No I'm currently not taking other meds right now. The side effects were so severe to me. I can't even talk about it. So I am relying souly on Cognitive behavioral therapy and any benefits obtainable from any other source? My OCD is so sevier that it's hard for me to hold a job. I got on social security disability 10 years ago. Diagnosed at 15 I'm 42 now. So each individual needs to find there oun path to recovery. Like for me discovering that GABA supplements work for me!! It's only been 3 days but I feal normal, calm, collected, uplifted, motivated, clear headed and focused. Without side effects. It's hard for me to wrap head around it at times. I'm actually doing so well that I just applied today for a job? Think I might be able to handle at least part time right now.
I really hope you can find relief from your aliments I'm any way possible! Like therapy and supplements have been found to work for me in trial. I wish the best in your journey to wellness and recover. Enjoy your day and live it to the fullest. Peace. ✌️🤪😱😃
Thank you so much for your thorough reply. I will definitely try it out! I wish you the best in your ocd journey. We are all in this together. Glad I came across your post.
Yep still improving!! Every day I don't know how my mental health could be better but it somehow always feels better!! Very good! Happy and healthy!🆒️🪬💯🤔🤣
