Resurfaced worry

hi everyone first ever on here i do go on other forums, this is my 2 biggest spike of worry from my ocd because of work issues that have triggered past worries making me think it’s true. Based on POCD. Scared incase because i looked at when typed in naked Mature women. It brings up a grid of pictures of women. But because of my ocd i,m scared incase i come across something i shouldn’t see 1 time i thought i did see a younger boy with a mature women. Panic mode stets in thinking i must be a peodo even though i did not search anything like that or ever would. He probably was older enough this is the thing is the internet trying to catch you out are the police watching you. This has got me in a state on panic. All because of a trigger in a newspaper which is says about someone caught viewing sharing downloading will be caught. My ocd has gone into overdrive over this. Would like to point out I DO NOT SEARCH FOR ANY OF THIS. Sorry for long post as it’s eating away at me.

no but have done in past i no it’s my mind overreacting spoke to my wife about this i do have ocd.

yes since i was 10 now 47 seen numerous therapist in the past even went down to London because of my harm ocd. That’s faded still get it now and again but this one is the Pocd which flares up also. All fears basically. I take antidepressants. When something triggers then other worry’s resurface

I take medication specifically for my ocd.

what worries do you have themes particularly

mainly guilt about negative or intrusive thought that I have about other people

have you had treatment it is normal to have this our anxiety about it makes it worse

I am currently seeing a therapist and I am on medication.
