Where to find information about how much you need to wash?

This is about contamination OCD. The information on Google is pretty vague, so I was wondering where to find advanced details about certain situations, and how you need to wash more then others.

hello there! I have contamination OCD too. Do you have a therapist to work on Exposure and Response prevention? You seem to be asking for reassurance which only feeds the OCD monster. I would recommend looking into NOCD. It has been very helpful for me. OCD is such a mean and tricky disorder that can be debilitating. But we can conquer it with hard work. I am a work in progress so I know how hard it is, but I know we can find freedom fro it’s chains!
