21 years old and struggling with OCD

Hey everyone, I'm new here and have been struggling with OCD since I was about 12 years old. I'm 21 now and I struggle with obsessive thoughts when it comes to me striving for perfectionism and it has taken control of my life. Often times I repeatedly obsess over past mistakes such as relationships, both romantic and friend/family-related, that I messed up. I see a therapist and that has been a huge help, but I figured I would join this community because I'm open-minded to try out more ways I can ease my OCD. Any thoughts or suggestions are much welcome.
