Hi there, I used to suffer from OCD at my job yes. Do you have a support system?

I also suffer the most at work, as I work in healthcare. I get in my car and wipe my hands, phone, and anything else that’s dirty with a Lysol wipe. Then, I assure myself I am not taking anything home because I have thoroughly disinfected everything. Then, I get home and shower and change. This makes it possible to assure myself I am safe. Knowing I will do this after work helps me while I’m at work. I hope this helps. You are not alone!
