Is it everyone. In my Ocd, I don't just worry about me but I also worry about others. It's very often that I become tense hearing others stress, responsiblities etc. Which is followed by compulsion where I start planning on how that person can get out of their worries or their backlog. I see their problem as mine and I become tensed about those problems. Empathizing is good but I go one step beyond that.

I am with you completely. When I see and read that others struggling I sub-consciously see them and myself going through that problem and try to compulsively find an answer to it. I think it's also a trait of being sensitive at least for me. OCD can latch on to things that trigger your sensitivity and empathy and make you have feelings for what others go through. I hope any of this helps and I am glad I came across this because it showed me that im not alone either
