Was having a good day so far but now I'm getting flooded with intrusive thoughts all because 1 thing was said to me by my boss and now I can't stop thinking about horrible stuff like I'm going to be fired even though I have an understanding boss who owns the place and is aware of my ocd and other problems and is sympathetic to what happens and said she will never fire me. But now it's just I'm going to be fired , idiot something inappropriate to a coworker , or upset someone I don't know I know it's not real but it feels so real

Fight the thought, as long as you don’t take action a thought is only a thought. Just keep telling yourself you’re human, everyone learns from mistakes and that’s how we improve. Hang in there ..
