Does anyone else have trouble sleeping? I feel like my OCD loves to attack me at bedtime and keep me up.
Sometimes I'm ruminating on something. Other times I'm mentally reviewing the past for mistakes I've made.
Then there are other nights where I just feel like a general sense of anxiety makes it hard to get to sleep.
