Hi. I think I have harm Ocd, harm Ocd I mean.. I constantly fear of not hurting someone especially someone I love. How fo you guys get rid of this fear and manage these symptoms? 😁 Thank you everyone

Yes i have had these intrusive thoughts and it hurts so badly ive hd them even towards myself and the o ky thing that helps be is knowing that its ONLY the ocd and the reason it scares you is because you wiuld never do something like that. Ocd attacks what you most care abiut and value. When you get the thought just know this dang ocd again and its not going to happen!
