I became self aware of my OCD as far back as 2004. Initially, it was a big struggle for me, as it had a negative impact in my daily living, in every sense possible and even made me upset my family members occasionally. However, in the course of time, I have been able to effectively manage living with OCD, up to this moment. Nevertheless, there are times I wish OCD was not part of my life in the first place. Anyways, I am on this platform to share the practical ways I have been able to manage my OCD, as well as learn from others on how they have been able to manage theirs.
