3 months into ocd and i hate it. covid situation has made it even worse. i'm so desperate for answers, i want normal life back. please don't read further if thoughts bother you. i have this weird fear/ obsession that after every thought i'll get the opposite of that thought..i fear that my thought process will ultimately become abormal. what to do?

Hey realANA those are totally understandable OCD symptoms. You can come to terms with your ocd and learn to not give it power over you. It takes work and can feel scary at times but it can be done and everyone here would cheer for you to find a way to do that for yourself. Get the help you need from meds and counseling and you will be on your way to recovery.
