Worried about Free Will/existential OCD

I've been dealing okay with ocd. I've never had much support, but i relied on information and myself. When i realized that we are all just results of circumstances, I worry, because mine are very dire and i'm scared they'll influence my mind, the only thing i can rely on. In essence my life has always been "what will save me, if not myself/luck". The anxiety is bearable but it gives me derpession.

i totally understand your fear, i'm going through something similar. but at the end of the day, i dont have answers, i dont get answers. all i try is to try my best to do my work, stay positive, its not easy, but we have to stop looking for the answers and embrace uncertainty, maybe some answers lie in future, maybe they dont, but theres only one certain thing, that we have to keep going.

Thank you, you are right. It honestly, honestly isn't easy. It's like accepting that the odds are not in favour for many people, but having hope and going on despite of that. It helps to hear that many of us are in this together with such strength.

i feel grateful to be on this platform. at least someone understands me this gives me strength. i feel so scared and there is no escape. hope god heals all of us, until then, lets make it, one day at a time.🙏
