It’s OCD Awareness Week.
I notice many of us on here are suffering. Often times it feels hopeless, like we can’t go on as this illness pulls us down. Well, in honor of this special week I’d like to remind everyone that if you are living with OCD then you have already overcome struggles that many others wouldn’t believe. If you have OCD then please tell yourself that you are a survivor, a warrior, and give yourself credit for getting out of bed each day even though a voice in your head tells you there is an evil out there you should fear with your life.
