When it comes to anxiety and OCD; individuals can get tricked to believe they are in real danger. The body sometimes doesn't know the difference between actual danger and perceived danger.

i have compulsions but they are mainly in my head, like counting and avoiding something. my physical compulsions are less. including clenching fists, fiddling toes and thumbs etc. they are still compulsions but mental. is this considered as Pure-O or OCD? Please help me recognize this.
