I know it is hard. I struggle with different kinds of sensorimotor OCD as well such as feeling like I'm looking at someone in the eye the wrong way or the wrong eye or I need to keep adjusting my posture because they will notice its weird. About a week ago, I got stuck blinking excessively for a few hours and couldent stop. Here's an article I found that could help us: beyondocd.org/expert-perspe... You have to disengage the anxiety from the act of blinking by using Body-Scan meditation, mindfulness, exposure and response prevention, etc. Anyway, hope this helps!
