Clonazapam for ocd, ptsd, etc.

Hello all....I suffer horribly from ptsd, Ocd, anxiety, and depression. The only thing that brings true relief is clonazapam. I am currently on 50 mg of lamictal and it is not doing anything. I am in therapy also. Does anyone know if a therapeutic dose of lamictal may get me to a place of calm like clonazapam does. I have heard folks say that higher doses of lamictal have saved their lives....

Hi Used to be happy, I also have the same diagnosis(es) as yourself. I only take Clonazepam as an epilepsy drug and I only take 2mg. I personally would adk your doctor or psychiatrist to change your meds over to an SSRI i.e Serttaline, "Escitalopram which I am currently taking", fluoxine, fluvoxamine etc as these are more recommended than benzodiazepines.
