How to do exposures for indecision?

My 12 year old daughter has OCD, which was diagnosed when she was 7. She has done cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), on and off, for the last 5 years. She also takes Zoloft which helps decrease her anxiety so she can access treatment and do exposures. She has had a ton of success doing exposures for her contamination fears, but more recently, she is struggling with indecisiveness. When she's anxious, and she has to make a decision, she starts to panic and yells, "I don't know!" We want to do some exposures for indecisiveness, but we're not sure how to do it. Does anyone know any helpful exposures for indecisiveness?

I am working on some of this myself. Does your daughter have an ERP therapist that she can work with now over telehealth to help?

My daughter's therapist is on an extended maternity leave, but she just gave me a referral for a therapist that might be able to do tele-therapy. I'll report back anything we learn about how to do exposures for indecision.
