I have counting, too, though it’s not my main OCD issue. I count when going up stairs, or taking sips of water when I finish brushing my teeth. Even numbers are better than odd numbers, to me. I often wonder why lots of folks with OCD count. I guess it has to do with the need we feel to order things.
