Hi! I'm actually the opposite. My OCD was "Pure O"(mental compulsions) and now its contamination. Glad to have met you!
Huh...so strange how OCD works!!! What was your pure o like?
I had OCD involving superstition, magical thinking, and scrupulosity which centered on how bad thoughts influenced real world things. For instance, having a bad thought while buying something would "contaminate" the object and would cause me tons of undue anxiety.
