i am freaking out i am in bed laying and i start to feel tightness palpitations / sensations in my head im having a panic attack im breathless i feel lost confused imm feel cold and i am shaking is that normal im so scared it feels so weird😭

That is normal for a panic attack. Take a deep breath in through your nose, count slowly to five as you do and then breathe out through your mouth counting to five. Do this a few times and should calm you down.
