My wellness tip: no SUGAR; no FLOUR! WFPB (whole food plant based) eating every day. This is a game changer for overall wellness. When we nourish our body, we nourish our mind --- and that means dealing much more effectively with our OCD. I am so, so grateful I discovered Bright Line Eating. Check it out y'll. Have a happy day. I find this quite interesting! I know how important food can be to overall health. I should definitely look into this Bright Line you reference. My husband just recently gave up alcohol due to med changes but it might end up being taken out of his diet forever

Hi there; thanks for your interest in Bright Line Eating. The concept is so simple, really. There are four bright lines that followers do not cross on a daily basis: no sugar, no flour, three meals only with no food in between; weighed and measured amounts. Your husband is right to give up the alcohol, too. Alcohol is essentially a form of liquid sugar (ethanol). Sugar plays havoc with our health causing food addiction, obesity, metabolic disease, insulin resistance, diabetes, etc. Humans absolutely do not need processed sugar. Anyway, I'm not trying to recruit followers here, but I invite you to check out Susan Peirce Thompson and Bright Line Eating. The science really does add up. Sheila
