Hi this is just happening to me and its by far the worst thing this is making me not want to get up in the morning! So recently I have been getting scared of being kissed or touched by my boyfriend I am scared of getting those intrusive thoughts and the more scared I am the more my mind forces it on me when he does kiss me I get scared and push him away I am afraid of losing him because of this has this happened to anyone? How do I stop it !!!

I have had issues with this, as I know many people have! Are you seeing a therapist for ERP? They should be able to help you figure out what your intrusive thoughts are, and the right exposures to help address them. Keep fighting!
