Travelling for appointments

Hi all, to those of us that travel to see your MPN team ,I've just successfully applied for a grant for help with travel costs from leukaemia Care.They have given£150 so that will definitely help with the costs so far.It's open to all blood cancer patients they just needed a copy of my diagnosis letter (the one from the hospital you travel to) and a very short tick box form .Go on there website under cost of living for access to the form.

Hope this helps someone else as train costs are spiralling!

The grant can be used for other uses like heating.
