Combined ttherapy

As Ruxolitinib is no longer working well, my haematologist has suggested combining either Danazol, Thalidomide or Prednisone with the Ruxo.

Has.anyone any experience of this? What are the pros and cons? I am very worried about the side effects.

Thankyou
