Hey Guy... :)

I have. I actually stuck to it completely for a year and managed to lose circa 20kg.

However, I did also couple that w/ an exercise regime, and together my energy levels did gradually improve over that year...

Hope this helps.

Best

Hi Steve

Good info. My weight isn't an issue for me at the moment but saw a few Docos and did a bit research and decided to give it a go. Off to India and Thailand in June and will a bit more difficult to maintain it there but restart when I get back home. Good to hear that after a year you haven't suffered any negatives and a few positives

Hey Guy... :)

Bon voyage...

By the way, I didn't say that there were not any negatives, as there were a couple. However, I eventually deduced that I was trying too hard w/ my exercise regime, and it did have the effect I believe of exacerbating my bone pain... and so much so that was on some heavy painkillers for a few weeks.

Thankfully, all that has subsided for the moment, and my exercise regime is now circa 50-60% of what it once was. All in all though, I am starting to feel generally much healthier...

Have a great trip. I visited Thailand & Cambodia back October/November. Loved Angkor Wat, Siem Reap, and Otres Beach. Chaing Mai was very cool in Thailand, however, I disliked Bangkok intensely, and I really did have to wear a mask as I could not stand breathing the pollution, much worse than Jakarta, in my view...

Happy journey in any event Guy.

Best

Steve

Thanks Steve

Yes 6 weeks to go so will go soon no doubt. Been on the Keto diet for about a week now so early days but so far all good. I go for a good walk most days but otherwise just day to day activity. Yes the info I have read warns about the level of exercise before the diet is well underway.

Yes catching up with an Indian friend who lives in the States been will be back in India with his family so will tour the country visiting his extended family as well as Hotels etc. Do the normal things as well ie Taj Mahal etc.

Keep well and do a few situs for me.

Kind regards

Guy
