Most definitely and recommended if you take statins as these deplete q10. Can take it anytime with a meal as fats help with absorption. I take mine with breakfast 🙂

I don’t take statins but take a high dose of CoQ10 daily . It really tops the balance with fatigue . Other brands are available but I always source mine from Nature’s Best for quality reasons

Hi petsch and Annie 46, I’ve just researched qoc10. I was already to order some until a paragraph states that it might make chemo drugs less affective.

I have to tell you that I’ve taken it from well before my diagnosis. My haematologist has OKd it & it has definately not affected the efficacy of my hydroxy . The company is UK based & purely mail order. They have qualified people who can phone you back & answer any queries. Their quality control is far superior to anything available on the high street - & there are no foreign imports whatever .

if you are taking medication for your MPN, before taking any vitamins or supplements you must check with your haematologist or pharmacist about any contra-indications or interactions. Maz
