Vitamin B making urine bright yellow

Are you taking a Vitamin B complex? One of the vitamin B's makes urine bright fluorescent yellow.

Hi... I believe it is the protein that gives it the bright colour.

I also take a multi-vitamin.

I take 1000 mg HU per day and my urine is usually brown - it is lighter if I drink more. It also smalls strong. Sallie
