When I was diagnosed with P V in France7yrs ago,the consultant explained to me that the disease is malignant but treatable.....P V was discovered by a French Dr,here it is called 'Vaquez', name of the Dr. Maybe some practising Drs should read that info.....Well done Tracey finding it,very interesting.

Isn't it sad that people have to fight for this claim.

I hope it helps others out. You must make the first phone call within the first 3 months of diagnosis.
