hot / sore face ?

Hi does anyone get hot / and face feels sore like burning,but face doesnt feel hot to touch or look hot , strange one i know ! and yes weather been far too hot this week also so im just wondering if theres a connection to my ET thanks 😎

Hi, I don't personally suffer from this issue...but I noticed when reading your post in the right hand column 'Related Posts' come up. It seems from this that there are quite a few people describing the same symptoms as you.

Hi I had this problem before I was diagnosed with PV. That and itching on contact with water were 2 key systems of my PV. Once the HCT was reduced the redness went but returned when it went up again. Once on treatment I stabilised. And now if I get a red face (and headaches) I know I need a venesection. The itching persists.

No, but I get something similar in my feet, hot, burning and painful, particularly when swimming and it goes away when I get in the Jacuzzi. I put it down to circulation in the small blood vessels being disrupted somehow, as I also get 'white finger' if I am cold. so many odd things with PV!

I don't get a hot face, but before I started on aspirin, my toes were SO hot. I was in agony. I went to the doctors (this was before I was diagnosed last year) and they told me it was nothing. It was so painful to walk, yet there was nothing to see. You have my sympathy

Hi, I have PV and do get very bright red cheeks and nose! I think sometimes strangers think I have been having a drink but i don't drink alcohol any more as I feel worse when I do. Every sympathy Aime xx😺😺

Yes. Its over one eye and on my cheekbone. Comes and goes. Weird.
