Hello all, I hope this post finds you all feeling well.
Just thought I would give you an update on my training. This week I have trained on 3 occasions and plan to go out training again on Sunday. I have so far been training twice a week, but with just over 3 months to go, I need to increase this. If anyone could spare whatever they can towards this brilliant charity I would be most grateful
Please click on the link below where you can make donations and see new pictures of my training in my new MPN running vest. Sorry that my shoes clash a bit
As far as my diagnosis is going - I am waiting for the results of gene tests and due to have ultra sound scan on spleen in the next week or so. If the gene tests come back negative, my consultant is advising a bone marrow biopsy - not looking forward to that. I think I may have to take a couple of days off of run training if that happens.
Thank you for reading, remember without the research that this charity does and this forum, we would all be a lot less well off.
Kindest regards
Chrissie xx

I'm full of admiration for you. I have always hated running even at school! I'd be out of breath running from my desk to my front door now😂! My niece recently went from a self confessed couch potato to doing the Manchester Run. Good luck with your training. I am sure you will get a lot from it too. Best wishes Jan
Wow Chrissie, you look fab in your running gear, what do you mean your shoes clash, they don't, amazing colour. Thank you so much for running to raise funds to support MPN Voice, you are fabulous. Maz x x x
