Sofia is a clinical psychologist and a reader in Health Psychology at Cardiff University. She has been researching the psychosocial aspects of fertility care for over 10 years, chaired the first evidenced-based guidelines for patient care (sponsored by ESHRE), and regularly trains fertility staff on these issues. Sofia's work includes, researching how to support people in coming to terms with their unfulfilled wish for children no matter the path that has brought them there.
In this webinar, Sofia will discuss the MyJourney app and its approach, which includes mindfulness and CTB resources for people who are coming to terms with being childless not by choice.
Sofia has developed the MyJourney app in conjunction with Fertility Network UK.
