Hi Gemma and welcome. It's hard to know what to say and the journey you and your partner have been on is long and very tough. All I can say is that this is a beginning of another journey, I want to say of acceptance but honestly, I don't think that really ever happens. I started looking at all the positives in my life and planning a new, but different but full filling life. You will get easier days there will still be the really tough days when you feel despair, but I promise you, with time, it will get a little easier. Take care xx
Hi Gemma welcome to the site has Julie said in her post it's coming to terms with the situation and adapting to it you could probably do with meeting people in your area where do you live? Take care 😊
