Maybe alcohol makes you delirious? Maybe it makes you lose your mind?

Think I'm just really tired. Depression at an all time high. Paranoia at an all time high. Maybe it's the wine. I need to stop. Way too much.

Hiya. Wine never helps. I do the same. Have a glass to relax. To make all the things I'm thinking stop. Before I know it I'm on bottle number 2. But its easier said than done. But at least you know you have drunk too much.....that's always good.

Hi Yes, wine does make you lose your mind, it numbs your capacity to think. Sometimes we turn to wine because it numbs the pain I guess. It also makes us tired. and depressed. and paranoid! It's the wine, way too much. Sleep's the answer, and then another day. What about talking to someone, maybe a counsellor? Depending on the problem there are specialist counselling services or via the GP. Suexx
