Hello! This is my first visit to the site as a whole, as well as to this group. I am searching for others to relate to, have conversations with, bounce ideas off of, and maybe make a few friends. I have been diagnosed with different things over the years. I have lacked insurance and finances to get proper mental health treatment. I always start treatment/therapy and then can't go anymore. So I have been left with free to low-cost self-help books, opinions of others (that usually have no idea what I'm experiencing), and internet research. So here I am!

The people here are experts by lived experiences of symptoms of depression etc.

Feel free to engage with us as often as you like, when you feel up to doing so.

Members are based in different countries around the 🌎 world so there is usually, but not always someone to chat with, taking advantage of the time zones.

The US medical system is a mystery to me living in Australia; however people experience the same ups and downs and can expect to receive the same treatment so we these in common.
