my ocd seems to be all the time now can’t seem to focus on anything positive my visions gone really poor with my constant negative thoughts anyone had similar ? Thanks

hi I have severe ocd I just fixate on some thoughts often to the point where I need to constantly watch or check on ( whatever is that bothers me at the time ) I found it difficult to go day by day sometimes too, I don’t have much advise to be honest as I’m looking for some advice too! I’m taking fluoxetine for nearly a month now and don’t seem to see any difference yet but I’m hoping eventually it will start working. Hope you will find your way too

Hi id give it a couple of more months to hopefully work see if things improve I know I’ve been on Sertraline around 12/14 weeks I feel as my ocd has calmed down but within myself I feel very low and these last couple of weeks I feel it maybe has flared back up again
