Am still not feeling great on Sertraline last week I’ve noticed I seem be having intense dreams all the time is this normal ? Still having intrusive thoughts all the time feel like I’m stuck engaging with my head on a daily basis :(

I'm sorry to hear you still have intrusive thoughts. My GP changed my medication to Setraline recently and I now have more vivid dreams too. I am thinking it may be my brain processing more easily. I think I feel generally better having more vivid dreams. I have been unwell most of this year and I think the dreams are helping me to move on in a subtle way by processing/shedding. I have also been having counselling through the NHS which has benefitted me by being able to verbalise what I have been going through and how I feel I can help myself with guidance from the counsellor.
