Hi to everyone I have been suffering from broader line personally disorder for a number of years now and mental health. I'm getting down and angry for no real reason and feeling alone but struggling to get help from my GP I have been using Bupa mental health call lines and spoken to a number of doctors with no real help just people listening. I feel a group chat or talking face to face would help but that seems to be gone now. Is anyone else having issues or can offer any information? It'll be very greatful I live in Birmingham area. Thank you.

I've seen a number of posts on bipolar on 'Anxiety and Depression' group in healthunlocked
Maybe that will helpful on journey of discovery x
